MELISSA DI CRISTOFORO

Your Organisational Development Consultant and Coach

Melissa is the Founder and Director of Caterfly and has over 17 years’ experience spanning across a variety of HR specialities including HR business partner roles, organisational learning and development, talent acquisition, HR services management and change management. She has partnered with a diverse set of functions and sites across local, regional and global teams.

 

Prior to founding Caterfly, Melissa worked for Campbell Arnott’s in the role of HR Director – Talent Management and Talent Acquisition Asia Pacific. In this role, Melissa was responsible for supporting the culture, engagement and capability efforts across the Asia Pacific region and talent acquisition across the Australian and New Zealand business. Melissa successfully drove a number of external recognition initiatives, which showcased the design and implementation of Campbell Arnott’s organisational development offerings and culture efforts. As a result, the Australian business was recognised for several awards including Great Place to Work Australia 2017, and also as a finalist in both the HR Awards and AHRI Awards.

 

In her 12 years with Campbell Arnott’s, Melissa led several change initiatives ranging from functional structural re-organisations, technology transformations, and talent management redesigns. She played a critical leadership role in global projects including global HR transformation, values activation, developing leadership capability and other enterprise-wide initiatives. Her change work leveraged the Prosci model following in-house Prosci training on change management.

 

Melissa is passionate about developing leadership capability and supporting organisations in the design and delivery of their organisational development agenda. Melissa is recognised for her drive, creativity and considered approach, and brings strategic, innovative and pragmatic solutions.

Melissa holds a Bachelor of Business degree majoring in Human Resources and Industrial Relations. She is accredited in Human Synergistics LifeStyles Inventory and GroupStyles Inventory, Hogan Personality Inventory, MBTI, Scrum Product Owner, Scrum Master, MBTI, DDI facilitation, as well as a coaching accreditation through Executive Central.
